Richard A. Toth

Richard Toth focuses his practice on labor and employee benefits law.  He counsels clients regarding the representation process and union recognition, enforcement of collective bargaining agreements, and economic pressure by unions and employers.  He also represents multi-employer employee benefit plans with respect to benefit claims and appeals, subrogation claims, delinquent contributions and related claims, and various other ERISA issues.  He serves on the Illinois State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section Council. 

He represents individuals and corporations in various civil litigation matters, including real estate and zoning matters.  He also counsels clients in eminent domain proceedings and licensing and regulatory matters.  Rich Toth also has experience representing new and existing charities and other nonprofit organizations.
