Chris A.
Leach
Since 1991, Chris Leach has
advised clients on estate planning, probate, estate and trust
administration, corporate, transactional, real estate and civil
litigation matters. He works closely with clients in the
preparation of estate plans to achieve the clients' planning goals
while minimizing estate and gift taxes through the use of wills,
revocable and irrevocable trusts and estate administration.
He represents clients in
establishing restaurants and taverns through the acquisition of
stock and real estate and the obtaining of business licenses.
He frequently advises clients on business entity formation and the
negotiation of industrial, office and retail purchase agreements and
leases.
