Kathleen
A. Duncan
Kate Duncan is a 2003 graduate of The John
Marshall Law School. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Duncan
received her Bachelor of Arts in May of 2000 from Butler University.
Ms. Duncan was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in November 2003.
She began her legal career at Daley and George, Ltd. as a law clerk
and continued on as an associate attorney.
During the six years spent at Daley and George,
Ltd., she has concentrated her practice in the areas of zoning and
land use, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and
general corporate law.
Ms. Duncan is an active member of the Illinois
State Bar Association, serving on the Real Estate Section Council
and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Council.
